Responsibilities Keysight is seeking an experienced leader with skills to grow the chipset segment within Keysight's wireless business. The Senior Leader, Chipset Market Insights & Strategy role leads strategy development, while simultaneously driving business growth. The role requires a deep understanding of the wireless industry, with expertise in the chipset and device ecosystems, and owns the end-to-end customer experience. The ideal candidate is: passionate about engaging with customers and uncovering "what's next" adept at translating market intelligence into insights to be leveraged by Keysight's centers of excellence to inform R&D roadmaps skilled at collaborating across a broad range of stakeholders spanning executives, R&D, marketing, and sales solution oriented and energized by being part of a diverse and dynamic team The role shapes strategy and execution for cross-functional teams in the planning, development, delivery, and support of Keysight's solutions, and drives business and market growth, representing Keysight with customers, partners, and industry associations. Qualifications A Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong emphasis on 5G technologies. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the Wireless industry. Deep understanding of RF engineering, wireless communications protocols, signal processing, and test and measurement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with; ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Proven ability to collaborate globally. Agile and responsive to customer needs, focusing on customer satisfaction and relationship management. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and customer-centric mindset. Ability to drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive impactful partnerships.
