Temple University's Strategic Marketing and Communications Department is seeking an Associate Director of Brand Strategy.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Brand and Visual Strategy within Strategic Marketing and Communications (SMC), The Associate Director of Brand Strategy, will play an important role in stewarding the university's brand. This role will monitor and help manage Temple's brand to ensure it is accurately depicted in all forms of content and promotion across the university and in market. The Associate Director will partner with the Sr. Associate Director of Brand Marketing to implement strategies that enhance the university's reputation, visibility, and engagement with key stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
* 4 years of professional experience in marketing, brand strategy, or a related field.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

* Superior organizational skills - must be able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.

* Demonstrated excellent organizational time management skills.
* Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
* Possess excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills, including a strong commitment to client service.


Preferred
* Experience within higher education.
