Assistant Biologist
West Point, PA 19486 12 months Qualifications: Required experience and skills: * BA/BS in biology or related discipline and two years of experience post-graduation, or MA/MS in biology or related discipline * Experience in tissue culture, molecular biology, or in vitro assays * Strong collaborative skills and attention to detail Position Qualifications: (please provide below) Education Minimum Requirement: BA/BS in biology, biochemistry, virology, or related discipline. Years of experience: 1-2 year Preferred Experience and Skills: * Design, development, and execution of in vitro assays * Industry experience or MS * Experience working with RNA or high throughput assay platform The successful candidate will: * Optimize and execute novel in vitro assays to evaluate vaccine candidates * Properly document and report experimental findings and assay protocols, and comply with all laboratory safety requirements * Function effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment * Be adept at learning new skills/techniques | |
