THE JOB:

Join the excitement at MGM Grand as a Poker Floor Supervisor! In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional experience to our players and guests. As the main point of contact between guests and all poker services, you'll lead the charge in creating a high-energy, seamless atmosphere on the poker floor. Your leadership will ensure every guest feels valued, and your ability to manage the action with ease will be key to the success of the team. THE STARTING RATE:$21.18 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Guest Relations: Serve as a front-line ambassador, greeting guests and managing the table waiting list.

• Table Management: Seat players at appropriate tables and make rulings during games, following departmental protocols.

• Software Utilization: Efficiently use all aspects of the Bravo Poker software to manage poker operations.

• Event Awareness: Stay informed about all Poker Division activities and events to ensure smooth operations.

• Tournament Support: Adhere to departmental procedures and assist with the execution of poker tournament operations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Experience: 2+ years of prior relevant experience in poker or any hotel/resort/casino-related field.

• Schedule: This position requires on-call, varied 8-hour shifts between 4pm and 3am, including weekends and holidays.
