What you will do An HVAC Selling Sales Manager at Johnson Controls is primarily responsible for driving sales within an assigned account base by directly engaging with customers, building strong relationships, presenting product solutions, negotiating deals, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, while also overseeing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet sales targets, all while staying updated on market trends and competitor activity; essentially combining a hands-on sales role with leadership responsibilities to maximize revenue generation for Johnson Controls' controls products and services.
