POSITION:

VP/AVP, Capital Markets Relationship Manager, full-time position located in Administration South Office, Turlock, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

The Capital Markets Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and servicing the Capital Markets portfolio of participated and syndicated loans, including analyzing and packaging loans, negotiating terms, and building relationships with system and association partners. Perform market analysis, due diligence, and complete underwriting on proposed loan participations, syndications, and/or similar entity loans. Assist in the management of a portfolio of large, complex participation/syndication loans assuring satisfactory loan services, covenant and reporting compliance, and risk mitigation. Assist in the coordination of the sale of participation interest in association originated loans. Develop, grow, and maintain participation/syndication relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience managing a portfolio and underwriting. Capital Markets experience is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of credit processing and servicing activities, accounting principles and practices, credit analysis procedures, credit administration, monitoring and reporting.
  • Advanced computer skills including Windows, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe (PDF).
  • Must be very attentive to details and possess a high level of accountability for work performed.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and prioritizing multiple activities.
  • Strong decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, collaborative and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to perform certain required duties.



GRADE/SALARY/BENEFITS:

Yosemite Farm Credit offers a competitive benefit package that includes, but is not limited to, outstanding vacation/sick time accrual, health, dental, and vision plans, tuition reimbursement, 401k fixed AND company match, corporate fitness program, performance related compensation, volunteer time off and paid holidays.

The Base Salary for this position ranges from $9,000 (minimum) - $15,000 (maximum) per month, depending on experience. Position is also eligible to participate in annual incentive program (performance related compensation) earning up to 10% of annual base salary. This program is subject to Board approval.

WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM:

Yosemite Farm Credit offers a Workplace Flexibility Program for qualifying positions that provides the opportunity to have a hybrid (in office and work from home) schedule. The in-office requirement will be dependent on the candidate's location.

The Workplace Flexibility Program includes an allowance of up to $500 for qualifying expenses to outfit employees' home office.
