Department OverviewThe Portfolio Operations Team at Motorola Solutions drives the strategic development and implementation of business systems, with a focus on Enterprise solutions. The team is responsible for system stability, security, scalability, interoperability, and performance specific to Salesforce CRM and all supporting tools and technologies. Portfolio Ops also enables and streamlines orderability and fulfillment processes within the Motorola Solutions ecosystem, and develops analytics to monitor performance and pinpoint improvement opportunities. Job DescriptionSeeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role will work to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of deals through our intercompany sales process. You will be responsible for accurately inputting deal information into Motorola CRM and CPQ environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery of our SaaS solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve our processes through automation and workstream consolidation. This role will also be key in maintaining data integrity and managing reconciliation processes. Responsibilities include:

Target Base Salary Range:$63,800 USD - $127,600 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
