We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Total Rewards Intern to join our team at our Charleston office. As a Total Rewards Intern, you'll work closely with our Compensation and Benefits teams to support our company goal of improving operational excellence. This team designs, manages, and communicates a comprehensive compensation and employee benefits program package to attract and retain employees.

What You Will Do:



  • Participate in the implementation and promotion of our new benefits navigation hub
  • Partner with the Benefits Manager to design and facilitate focus groups with our WATT ERG to gather feedback on benefits supporting female talent recruitment and retention.
  • Provide administrative support for our stock plan, including account creation and associate support, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and/or improve the associate experience
  • Assist with job description administration, including posting and updating job descriptions



What You Bring:



  • Currently enrolled at a 4-year university majoring in Business
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



The internship program is 10 weeks, starting Tuesday, May 27th. This is a hybrid schedule in our office environments: Tuesday- Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.
