The Warranty Administrator - Technical Oversight will provide leadership and technical oversight to the Warranty Claims Processing team. Ensure appropriate and legitimate processing of warranty claims through regular reviews and audits of submitted claims. Develop and deliver necessary training to claims assessors, dealers, commercial brands Field Service managers, and all other internal/external stakeholders. Review and adjudicate high dollar Delegation of Authority (DOA) claims and technically challenging claims. Support warranty process and system projects through design input and user acceptance testing. This is an office based position located in either New Holland, PA or Oak Brook, IL.



Responsibilities

* Apply facts and resources to process high dollar, technical, or exceptional claims within delegation of authority guidelines.

* Prepare and escalate higher value or exceptional claims through the appropriate process.

* Control claim processing volumes to ensure claims processing meets service levels.

* Connect with dealers and/or Brand field organization on specific claim issues.

* Provide hands-on support, interpretation of warranty policy, implement standardized methodologies for claim adjudication processes and procedures to improve quality and consistency, ad-hoc training for claims processing team.

* Provide dealer training as required including in-field and Webinar format.

* Work with the Warranty Team Lead to support administration of warranty policy, warranty claim audits, technical instruction on warranty claims, advise internal and external stakeholders, resolve dealer inquiries through WIT.

* Be the warranty subject matter expert to both internal and external stakeholders.



Qualifications

    Associate's Degree or equivalent experience plus 2 years' experience and knowledge of business practices or
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience plus 5 years' experience with mechanical, automotive, agriculture, construction, dealership and/or claims experience.

The annual salary for this role is $63,000 - $84,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
