The Medical College of Wisconsin's Department of Radiology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology division is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary or specialty medical care within defined scope of practice under the supervision of a licensed physician and in accordance with MCW/FMLH/CHW policies and procedures. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as part of a multidisciplinary health care team, providing a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for the patients of the outpatient services as a member of the Department of Radiology. The APP will have a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and ensure an environment of safe quality care. Services are provided under the direction of the department or radiology faculty. Preferred Schedule: Full-time role (M-F) with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs. Scheduling flexibility required to provide for an appropriate level of patient care. May require some evening or weekend hours in the future based on business needs.
Minimum Education: Preference for years and type of experience in Interventional Radiology and/or outpatient clinic experience desired, but not required.
