Production Clerk (CVG)
Employee Type: Full-time

What you will do:

This position will provide support services to Line Maintenance management and on-site personnel, data research, labor tracking/research, work package coordination. Activities may include log/data input and other system updates to customer operating/inventory systems such as WINGS, TRAX, MXI, OMIS, AMOS in accordance with customer specifications. This position will support station personnel in identifying/retrieving material and resources, and communication data as may be required by customer procedures. This position will aid station management with report generation, computer updates and other general customer support duties.

Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • An Associate Degree and One (1) years' experience in a clerical or administrative function OR three (3) years general office experience to include production of word processing, spreadsheets & power point documents.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft WORD & Excel
  • Be able to produce word documents at a rate of 40 wpm
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate an ability to use independent judgment to suggest solutions and handle unusual situations in a professional manner with minimal direction.
  • Possess an excellent ability to communicate both in written & oral manner with internal & external customers in a diverse workforce environment.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a busy environment with numerous interruptions.
  • Must be able to operate a variety of office machines (telephones, copiers, computers etc.)
  • Must be able to work off shifts and/or weekend hours as required to support the station's particular customer operations.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain an airport SIDA badge.
  • Occasionally lift weights up to 25 lbs.
  • Be able to climb flights of stairs to board aircraft.



Preferred skills:



  • Previous experience at an airline or MRO in a line maintenance or similar operation.
  • Experience with one or more customer operating or inventory system such as WINGS, TRAX, MXI, OMIS or AMOS)
