What You'll Bring:

  • 15+ years of progressive, relevant experience building, launching and scaling innovative products and solutions in the telecommunications mobile industry
  • Track record in driving measurable impact through innovative new products and platforms using voice, messaging and data communication channels. This includes disrupting established platforms and processes and unseating large and small incumbents alike.
  • Experience developing and launching successful authenticated communications and consumer protection solutions and mobile apps for enterprises and consumers.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end product development processes including Jira, Agile, other product lifecycle management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, ability to balance competing demands under pressure and in high visibility situations.
  • Knowledge of Caller ID, Call Authentication (STIR/SHAKEN), Enhanced Calling
  • Familiarity with similarities and differences of solutions, services, and go-to-market strategies adopted by US vs. international mobile operators.

Impact You'll Make:

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Communications Solutions product team, focused on an evolving suite of Trusted Call Solutions that are at the leading edge of technology and revolutionizing today's voice services. The Principal, Product Management will be responsible for the evolution of products within this growth-stage platform by ensuring its readiness to support the expected growth of clients and users; shaping the vision and product roadmap to support new features, new services and new markets; and joining a world-class product team.

  • This role reports within the Communications Solutions Product Management.
  • Lead the evolution of products within TransUnion's Trusted Call Solutions, driving growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with Solutions leadership, Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Technology to achieve business objectives.
  • Represent TransUnion at industry events and advance the TCS platform.
  • Be the subject matter expert, internally and in-market, on go-to-market partnerships with mobile network operators, capability and business partners involved in bringing products to market. This includes alignment on service level agreements, solutions integration, customer and user onboarding, and performance reporting.
  • Experience designing, managing and evolving cross-product user interfaces, user portals, and reporting dashboards; and incorporating customer experience journeys for internal and external users.
  • This is a full-time position, which requires travel (20%+/-).

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
