Your Day-to-Day:

* Manage Project Document Library

* Maintain Project Management Plans

* Organize and analyze Project Data

* Update Project Status Reports

* Communicate with Vendors, team members and stakeholders

* Assist in managing Risk and Operating Experience

* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures

* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules

* Participate in and occasionally lead Project Meetings

* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of cost estimates

* Track and report project status for actions, documents, implementation, etc.

* Prepare for project audits

* Follow the project process flows and complete or arrange for the completion of, predecessor

and successor tasks.

* Meet a schedule of deadlines while still maintaining a high quality of work

* Ensure the project plans and management documents are prepared, approved, communicated,

and maintained

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Knowledgeable of client's project management processes including knowledge of the PMI-

PMBOK and INPO 09-002 Excellence in Nuclear Project Management, preferred

* Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational

marijuana as well as CBD oil), and employment testing.

* Local to the area, no relocation or per diem offered
