The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate to join the Litigation team in our New York office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About you: You have 5-7 years of civil, government investigations and/or white collar criminal defense experience; You have worked on a combination of complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal matters, including SEC enforcement matters, internal investigations, False Claims Act matters and/or Foreign Corrupt Practices Act defense; You have strong research and brief writing skills; You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, New York.
