Project Coordinator Your tasks
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project execution across departments. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure accessibility. Manage project setup, invoicing, and closeout processes. Assign projects based on workload capacity and ensure accurate time tracking. Create purchase orders and coordinate vendor services for operational needs. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency. Communicate project updates and delivery timelines to clients and stakeholders. Your qualifications
Education & Experience: Associate's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years in project coordination or administrative support. Skills: Strong organization Communication Time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
