Administrative Director, Neurology Neurology Full Time 83952BR Job Summary The Administrative Director, Neurology, reports to the Associate Director of Adult Medical Specialties, Ambulatory Services. This position will collaborate with the Associate Director with the administrative, operational, strategic and financial aspects of the multiple clinics in the department of Neurology. The incumbent will utilize key performance indicators (KPI) to drive changes to increase efficiency and productivity. This role has oversight of 109 FTE's including direct supervision of 5 administrative managers along with oversight of the mixed medical center and campus Weill building. The operating budget for this position is 53M shared across all three campuses and satellite clinics. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $183,100 - $274,600 (Annual Rate).
