Integration Leader - Service Titan required

Vaco is partnering with a leading HVAC company seeking an M&A Integration and ServiceTitan Leader to join their team. This role will focus on post-merger field integrations and managing transition plans after acquisitions. The position requires 50% travel and can be based in Phoenix, Dallas, Los Angeles, or Sacramento. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering up to $120-130K per year + bonus. The client is actively interviewing this week and looking for an immediate start!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute 90-day transition plans, leading cross-functional projects while also managing hands-on tasks to ensure smooth integration.
  • Coordinate the transfer of assets, business registrations, insurance, and benefits for newly acquired entities.
  • Maintain organized records and data rooms, ensuring critical documents are accurately transferred and managed.
  • Work closely with departments such as Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Legal to streamline integration activities.
  • Lead ServiceTitan implementations, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
  • Manage training programs for technicians, installers, and CSRs/Dispatchers on ServiceTitan usage.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in integration, project management, IT implementation, or related fields. Prior experience in M&A integration is preferred but not required.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
