Production Associate - TWB, Valley City

As a Production Associate you'll be responsible for packaging/banding, weighing, and loading/unloading material from machines and staging material in a timely and accurate manner. You'll also be responsible for building arbors and setting up machines for use as well as performing multiple tasks throughout the day to ensure safe and quality production. This position requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to perform the duties to the highest standard.

***All newly hired employees will train on 1st shift and then move to 3rd shift. ***

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing facility
• Mechanical knowledge in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read blueprints and comprehend instructions
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• OSHA Safety Training required
• Valid driver's license for transportation needs
• Forklift operation skills for material handling tasks a plus
