Medical Scribe - Pain and Spine McLean, VA Pay From: $20 Per Hour MUST: 1 year of scribing experience Experience accompanying physicians with exams and procedures Strong experience transcribing documentation in medical records Handling transcriptions Preparing documents and records prior to appointments Ability to review and document clinical exams and lab results in EMR Strong medical terminology knowledge HS diploma DUTIES: The Duties of the Medical Scribe include but are not limited to the following: Prepare medical record documentation for providers Document information in medical records Handle transcription Work with physicians in exams to transcribe medical record documentation Ensure compliance with medical records Update patient histories and exam information in EMR Prepare documentation for physicians and send documentation to them for review and approval Review and document lab results, x-ray results and clinical exams in EMR Refer patient requests to providers Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
