Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll Oracle Cloud HCM-Compensation and Oracle Cloud HCM-HCM Extracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud technologies and the ability to drive innovative solutions for our clients. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll systems to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM-Compensation to optimize compensation management processes.
  • Manage the extraction and transformation of data using Oracle Cloud HCM-HCM Extracts for accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the integration of Oracle Cloud applications with existing systems to enhance overall functionality.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Oracle Cloud solutions to guarantee performance and reliability.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud applications to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle Cloud implementations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Oracle Cloud solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Oracle Integration Cloud demonstrating the ability to design and implement complex integrations.
  • Have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll with a proven track record of successful payroll system deployments.
  • Show expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM-Compensation optimizing compensation management processes for clients.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM-HCM Extracts ensuring accurate and efficient data extraction and reporting.
  • Bring a strong background in IT Consulting with the ability to understand and address client business needs.
  • Exhibit experience in Analytics leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Show a commitment to staying current with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies and industry trends.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously delivering high-quality results.
  • Exhibit strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Show a commitment to mentoring and developing junior team members fostering a collaborative team environment.

Certifications Required

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate Oracle Cloud HCM Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 03/21/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 to $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
