Description:

We are looking for a seasoned, results-driven marketing professional with a deep understanding of the semiconductor & EDA industries as well as IP products and solutions. You have a proven track record in product and solutions marketing within the semiconductor, IP and/or EDA markets. With a strong customer focus, you are adept at identifying developing customer segments and personas, identifying customer needs & pain points and understanding buyer journeys. You can leverage this insight to craft compelling messaging & positioning, develop effective go-to-market strategies and deliver targeted content to influence customer preference. With broad marketing expertise including marketing strategy, you can strongly support go-to-market campaigns through launch planning, collateral development, customer presentations, videos, and sales training materials to drive business growth and enhance brand positioning. With strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making, you are comfortable in taking experimental approaches to continually optimize marketing activites to achieve maximum ROI. You possess strong communication skills, excel at building relationships, and are expert at leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across an organization, including product management, sales, customer support, field marketing, communications marketing and directly with partners and customers. You are a collaborative leader who inspires and motivates teams to achieve exceptional results. Your communication skills are exemplary, and you are adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall IP marketing strategy and marketing plan to drive accomplishment of our IP business goals working closely with sales, product management, engineering, and other departments to ensure alignment and support of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, analyze market trends and seek customer feedback to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
  • Help facilitate solution requirements into the business units and influence product and solutions roadmaps.
  • Identify target buyers and influencers, develop personas, highlight pain points and outline buyer journeys to more effectively target customers.
  • Create compelling messaging/value propositions that resonates with each audience in support of thought leadership, awareness, demand generation, solutions launch, and sales enablement programs.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns and product launches working with cross-functional product management/corporate marketing/sales teams to execute high-impact fully-integrated programs that drive pipeline growth, market leadership and awareness.
  • Lead content development ensuring development of key collateral including use cases, presentations, white papers, demos, blogs, webcasts, Web content and high-impact sales/partner enablement tools with a strong focus on consumption.
  • Partner with Events Marketing team to ensure relevant and consistent messaging aligned with corporate message hierarchy as well as develop content required to achieve event business goals.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations including executive briefings, analyst briefings, press briefings, industry events, webcasts, and trade shows.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing performance to senior management.
  • Effectively develop strong relationships with product management, sales and marketing leaders and lead collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that support overall business goals.
  • Attract, motivate, develop, and retain highest quality team members.
  • Lead, manage and motivate the IP product & solution marketing team to achieve goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent story teller with the ability to translate sophisticated and complex technical features into clear, compelling, and memorable stories of end customer value by audience type.
  • Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of marketing experience with extensive knowledge of semiconductor, EDA and systems technologies and demonstrated industry awareness.
  • Proven business and analytical skills to conduct market analysis, and develop and execute GTM plans.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, campaign development, and campaign execution best practices including knowledge of full-funnel marketing, account-based marketing, digital marketing, field marketing, events and communications.
  • Expert in managing content development with a focus on context and consumption strategies.
  • Strong sense of urgency with deep problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to tell compelling stories around business value achieved through technology transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across organizational boundaries with a broad range of peers and executives as well as with partners and customers.
  • A strong leader capable of developing, coaching, managing and motivating a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required
  • Well-developed sense of ownership, proven management skills and the ability to work under pressure, prioritize work, balance a portfolio of programs and deliver high performance results.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and executive presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical discipline required, MBA preferred

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
