EPSU/ Sanitation

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is to thoroughly clean and sanitizes various areas of the production facility, under the direction of the EPSU Supervisor.

Environmental Factors and physical requirements: -slippery or uneven surfaces, working with hands in water, working closely with others, steam and hot surfaces, loud machinery environment, refrigerated 45-55 degree Fahrenheit environment, moving objects or vehicles, wet environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Removing all visible soils from the equipment and floors by the acceptable method.

Pre-rinsing equipment and foaming all equipment, walls, ceiling, and floors.

Ability to break down and re-assemble complex equipment both safely and correctly.

Drying equipment and floors as necessary.

Accurate and complete record keeping.

Assist with training of newly hired personnel or employees transferred to department.

Requirements:

Able to lift 70 lbs.

Work all overtime required.

Have Good Manufacturing Practices.

Use all safety practices

Must read and know difference between all chemicals.

Work with all safety precautions.

Ability to follow specifications.

All other duties as directed.
