We are seeking an Associate Innovation Manager to join our dynamic team and spearhead brand innovation initiatives that will shape the future of our business. In this role, you will manage multiple project platforms, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and lead cross-functional teams to transform ideas into market-ready products. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating with various departments, delivering frequent updates to leadership, and ensuring timely decision-making for market delivery. As an Associate Innovation Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of liquid development, serving as the key liaison between Product Insights & Innovation and cross-functional partners from the project's inception to completion. You will lead and facilitate the idea brief process, collaborating with teams such as BU Finance, PISO, and wine/spirit-making to define scope and other aspects of the project. Your role will include monitoring and evaluating innovation processes, identifying problems, and providing recommendations to ensure smooth implementation. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you work with cross-functional partners to ensure consumer preferences are reflected in the final product. You will bring fresh thinking to the team, ensuring that processes and project initiatives run smoothly and efficiently. Leading cross-functional teams, you will develop comprehensive project plans aligned with market timelines and milestones, ensuring all aspects of product development progress according to plan. You will participate in the Agile Process to coordinate timelines and project plans with partners, monitor activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, and present findings to leadership to gain alignment on priorities.
