Adjustments Analyst are responsible for researching, analyzing, and resolving complex discrepancies related to financial transactions across all lines of business. This role ensures accurate and timely adjustments are made to customer and internal general ledger accounts, maintaining the integrity of financial data, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients, while working to mitigate against loss, due to fraud and regulatory guidelines. Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an associate degree in finance or Bank Accounting related fields and 2-3 years of related experience in complex case management resolution and/or Adjustments processing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
