Production Assembler

Pay: $17 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Pick materials, package, and palletize orders using forklifts
• Assemble and hand-pack consumer goods, medical devices, and pharmaceutical products
• Prepare products for shipment (repackaging, boxing, labeling)
• Load/unload trucks, process stock transfers, and handle material requests
• Assist with returns, cycle counting, and ERP goods movements
• Label orders, including dangerous goods and international shipments
• Generate work and sales orders from ERP; assist with training Warehouse Associates
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed
• Support distribution activities

Requirements:

• Knowledge of warehouse processes and equipment, or ability to learn quickly
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong motivation skills
• Ability to follow SOPs and learn GMP/GDP practices
• Skilled in operating forklifts, power jacks, and stock pickers
• Strong math, reading, and communication skills
• Flexible, willing to cross-train and assist team members
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and use handheld scanners
• Commitment to safety and willingness to work overtime
• 1-2 years of experience
• Able to lift 20-50 pounds
