Join our team as a Registration Specialist at Gundersen Health System, where your customer service skills will create a positive first impression for our patients. In this vital role, you will provide essential phone support to both internal and external customers, assisting with the registration of new patients and facilitating virtual visits. You will ensure accurate registration, secure demographic information, and communicate patient liability prior to services, enabling timely claims processing. Additionally, you will manage various registration and billing work queues to identify and rectify any discrepancies. What's Available:

  • 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts
  • Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00am - 5:30pm (no weekends or major holidays)
  • Remote eligible after completion of training
  • Location: Onalaska

What You Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • Insurance background is a plus!
