  • Continuously improve paid search fundamentals, including account structure, bid strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Ensure accurate data integration and measurement, working with analytics teams to connect platform-level performance with down-funnel metrics.

  • Develop a data-driven testing framework for audience targeting, creative optimization, and bid strategy refinement to drive incremental improvements.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with SEO, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Web teams to ensure a unified approach to search marketing.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and platform changes to proactively adjust strategy in response to evolving industry dynamics.

  • Own budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring that spend is optimized towards the most efficient growth-driving initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of hands-on SEM experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth performance marketing environments.

  • Strong experience managing large-scale paid search budgets ($MM+ annually) and driving full-funnel marketing performance.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop both in-house teams and external SEM agencies while driving accountability and performance optimization.

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, and value-based bidding models, including predictive LTV approaches.

  • Strong data analysis skills to drive insights and decision-making.

  • A test-and-learn mindset, with experience running A/B and multivariate tests to optimize paid search performance.

  • Strategic thinker who can operate at both high-level planning and tactical execution, with a strong problem-solving approach.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including SEO, CRO, analytics, and product marketing (PMM).

  • Ability to challenge the status quo, ask tough questions, and drive continuous innovation in the paid search strategy.
