Overview

Element is seeking a Customer Service Administrator (CSA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer purchase orders into our system, ensuring that the appropriate technical tests are assigned for timely and compliant processing.

The CSA will review purchase orders to determine the required testing by analyzing material type, specification requirements, and customer-specific guidelines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to ensure accuracy in test assignments and compliance with industry standards.

Salary: $21-$26/hr DOE



Responsibilities

* Review & verify customer PO's, and enter work orders into LIMS
* Serve as a point of contact for customers,responding to order status updates
* Distribute entered sample / material to required processing departments
* Ensure that requirements for subcontracting of work are met and generate required documentation, upon request
* Assist with coordination of production, quality and process improvements

* Receive incoming shipments & assist with customer pickup and return of samples
* Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
* Ensures all work is performed in accordance with company safety and quality policies and procedures and regulatory agency regulations



Skills / Qualifications

This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who is proactive, self-motivated and a team player. The person for this role will be a specialist in their field, respected by all who they work with, keen to learn and enthusiastic in the face of challenge. You will need:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
* Ability to remain calm and stay organized to respond to deadlines and multiple priorities
* Oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
* Flexibility - availability to work overtime during the week and weekends
* Positive can-do attitude, to remain focused on solutions for internal and external customers
