Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on multi-scale, complex projects within various design sectors. Based in our Los Angeles, CA office, this role offers the opportunity to shape technically sophisticated and diverse project types. Preferably, we are seeking professionals that have design experience in Science + Technology, Academic and Healthcare.

  • Lead large, multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-impact design projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams
  • Plan and organize project teams for design, development, and document production
  • Oversee seamless coordination between consultants, team members, and clients
  • Ensure successful project execution by following Page's and Owner's protocols
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and collaborators
  • Navigate budget, code compliance, and jurisdictional requirements effectively
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to support team growth and development
  • Contribute to project fee structuring and proposal development

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in managing Science + Technology, Academic and Healthcare projects
  • Degree in architecture or related field
  • Active architect license
  • Experience with multiple project sizes as well as a concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus
  • Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes
  • Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; and a working knowledge of Revit
  • Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants
  • Confident with public speaking and networking
  • Excellent writing skills; and a strategic thinker
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Available for occasional travel within the US
