How you will make history here...

  • Lay the pathway for the Pacific Foods brand to rapidly grow and expand.

  • Define how the brand's mission/vision come to life for more consumers, creating capabilities to support this and guiding the development of a leading-edge natural foods marketing team.

  • Translate the mission into three-year strategies, annual operating plans, and create processes to support both across the total Pacific US Retail business for Soup, Broth, and Plant Based Beverage.

  • Because Pacific Foods is certified organic, has a better-for-you ingredient story and nutritional profile, and has permission from consumers to participate across different types of ethnic cuisine, it is poised for category-leading growth in soup and broth.

What you will do...

  • With a keen eye on industry trends and customer insights, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our long-term business goals.

  • Implement your strategic vision through relevant innovation, compelling marketing activation and key selling strategies in partnership with sales.

  • Inspire and influence cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensure a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives. Your collaboration extends to external agency teams, where you will skillfully manage partnerships to deliver outstanding results.

  • Manage brand P&L via monthly Integrated Business Planning process in partnership with finance, sales & demand partners. This includes owning consumption drivers, marketing budget, risks/opportunities and overall narrative to leadership. With a growth mindset, you will proactively recommend and implement adjustments to our plans to maximize success.

  • Derive valuable insights from data and effectively communicating them to make informed decisions with a compelling impact.

  • Inspire the team with a unifying sense of purpose, and embodies our 5 C's - care, creativity, character, collaboration and competitiveness.

  • Display a remarkable ability to maintain clear and logical thinking even amidst uncertain and complex scenarios.

  • Lead a marketing team of 3 professionals (2 Brand Managers and 1 ABM) with two direct reports.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • 7+ years' experience in consumer brand management with positions of increasing responsibility (Note that MBA may count for some experience)

  • Experience running a brand inclusive of campaign planning and media/measurement

  • Experience managing direct reports

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA

  • Prior experience with a high-growth brand

  • Experience leading through large change efforts

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$139,000-$199,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
