Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $125,221.00 - $141,717.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

Provides a leadership role to various department leaders through knowledge in employee and labor relations. Partners with leaders to ensure a proactive employee relations climate in accordance with human resource policies and procedures, services, and programs to ensure appropriate linkage to and support of operational goals, initiatives, and strategies of the organization. Collaborates with leaders to analyze high-level and complex employee relations problems and formulates appropriate recommendations, while maintaining consistency and program integrity. Partners with the HR division to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Ensures compliance with the organization's policies and meeting regulatory requirements. This position requires flexibility of hours.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
A minimum of 5 years of human resource experience in a large organization (1000+ employees) Hospital experience is a plus.

SKILLS:
Knowledge of state and federal regulations in the areas of employment and labor law. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing throughout the different organizational levels required. Good mediation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills to reach satisfactory resolutions of employee relations issues and the ability to remain fair and impartial. Solid HR leadership experience with change management skills, leadership acumen, strategic influencing, and business strategy. The role requires the ability to develop trust-based relationships and work collaboratively within the HR Division and with the organization's leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
