THE JOB:
It is the responsibility of the Casino Porter to provide excellent guest service and create a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests while establishing and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas in the Casino and public areas.

THE STARTING RATE:$25.1526per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Sweep and remove all trash, wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from the floor to maintain a clean environment.

• Clean and dust slot machines, including the areas between machines, doors, and surrounding woodwork.

• Remove scuff marks and clean up drink spills to ensure surfaces remain spotless.

• Address and clean any biohazardous areas promptly and safely.

• Clean and polish slot chairs, ensuring bases are gleaming, and return them to their correct positions.

• Vacuum the entire assigned area, moving chairs and other items to guarantee a thorough cleaning.

• Remove trash, replace missing ashtrays, and wipe down and sanitize ashtrays and trash cans.

• Ensure all equipment is returned to the department and promptly report any malfunctioning items.

• Replenish supplies as needed to maintain cleanliness and readiness.

• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, using creativity to find solutions and proactively anticipating and managing potential issues.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

• Has 6+ Months of Prior Relevant general cleaning experience.

• Has Experience with professional cleaning equipment including bio hazard clean up.

• Has Experience in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment
