Job Summary: The Onboarding Talent Coordinator is responsible for performing various administrative duties to support the branch in daily operations. This role plays a key part in managing branch traffic, overseeing talent onboarding, and enhancing the overall talent experience, ensuring a smooth process and efficient branch flow.
