Position Highlights:

  • Sign on bonus: N/A
  • Position: Patient Scheduling Representative II
  • Hourly Pay Range: $17.94 - $30.00. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
  • Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $20.69 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
  • Location: Niles, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time
  • Hours: On the Weekends: M-F: 7:30 am-4:00 pm
  • Required Travel: No
  • What you will do:

  • Providing GREAT customer service
  • Obtaining/Verifying demographic and insurance information
  • Scheduling/canceling/rescheduling appointments per protocol
  • Takes clear and concise messages and relays to the appropriate clinical staff.
  • Must be multi-functional and adapt to changes when needed
  • Must be comfortable sitting at a computer for long periods of time answering one call after another. The position uses a headset and dual monitors.
  • What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED,BILINGUAL SPANISHpreferred but no required
  • * Minimum one year of physician office experience or Customer Service experience
    * Strong organizational skills, a multi- tasker andable to adapt to change when needed
    * Must be able to type 25 wpm.
