IT Manager - Network Infrastructure

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking an IT Manager - Network Infrastructure to ensure the effective operation of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support. This individual will lead IT infrastructure functions, oversee network security, and manage vendor partnerships to maintain high-quality, secure, and efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities for IT Manager - Network Infrastructure:

  • Lead and oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, virtual environments, and security.
  • Administer and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and enterprise security protocols.
  • Manage IT vendors and contractors for infrastructure and security services.
  • Plan and implement IT projects, including system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and network expansions.
  • Support disaster recovery planning and data backup strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with network security standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with organizational goals.

Requirements for IT Manager - Network Infrastructure:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
  • Proven experience in network administration, cybersecurity, and IT project management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, VMware, Cisco routers, switches, and data networking.
  • Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on-call for IT emergencies.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurable driving record.
