Description & Requirements The Fishell Laboratory at the Broad Institute of MIT & Harvard is aiming to hire a Postdoctoral Associate for exploring interneuron diversity using imaging and computational approaches. They would have interests in mechanisms of interneuron differentiation and wish to examine this question to understand cortical function and neurocircuits.
Requirements:
The Postdoctoral Associate would in effect function as a "neuro-engineer" who combines the use of high-resolution brain-wide maps using EM or photon imaging to understand brain function by beginning with quantitative high-resolution anatomy.
