THE JOB:

As a Greenskeeper II at Fallen Oak, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by performing routine manual labor at this 18-hole, 7,487-yard championship golf course. You will own the guest experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.60 an hour

LOCATION:

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently maintain the golf course grounds and property perimeter to include tree work
• Assist in any project work that is being done on the golf course including but not limited to soil aeration
• Operates all equipment used in the process of caring for greens, tees, fairways, approaches, roughs, bunkers, cart paths, stream banks, and maintenance
• Ensuring guest/employee safety while operating equipment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Meets the minimum age requirement of 18 years old
• Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Demonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant work experience in golf course maintenance
• Capable of working in outdoor elements - various weather types & temperatures
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
• Exhibits flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays based on the business need
• Knowledgeable with routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance
