Job Overview: We're growing our leadership in the industry, and you could be at the forefront as you help drive innovation. We're seeking a Product Lifecycle Engineer to join our Alsip manufacturing facility, where you'll shape the future of positive displacement gear pump technologies. Reporting to the Global Engineering Director, you'll collaborate with a dynamic engineering team to drive product innovation, efficiency, and cost optimization. In this role, you'll take ownership of product line design, managing the full product lifecycle-including new product development (NPD)-while spearheading cost-reduction initiatives that enhance performance and profitability. Your expertise in engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and component inspection procedures will be key in delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and align with strategic business goals. You'll also lead PPV and I2V initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and competitive advantage. Travel and Work Arrangement: This position will be considered onsite with up to 25% travel based on customer and business needs. US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Pay Range The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
