THE JOB: As a Bar Porter in BetMGM, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, and restocking the beverage areas to ensure smooth service. By understanding the guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE: $10.88 an hour plus tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness of beverage areas, including all related bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, and sanitation of the work area Maintain the assigned inventory levels of glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, and other necessary items needed for the efficient operation of the beverage outlet while performing excellent guest service Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas to ensure seamless service Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations to uphold service standards THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be at least 21 years old Maintains a flexible schedule to accommodate varied shifts, including weekends and holidays based on the business needs Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences Describes themselves as detail-oriented Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression Can handle multiple tasks at one time THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
