GENERAL FUNCTION Responsible for the development and implementation of the North America Indirect Procurement strategies, leading sourcing activities and ensuring the programs are aligned with global and regional program objectives. Individual will focus on continuous process/system improvements while providing exceptional customer service and cost savings in alignment with company initiatives. This person will provide guidance and direction on matters within the commodities serviced. Effective performers stay current on developments related to their respective field, actively pursue knowledge, familiarize themselves with internal processes and use information to accurately make timely decisions as well as contribute to the decision making process by logically presenting ideas to decision makers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Range: 127,063.20-176,886.00 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
