Job Description The Lead Project Manager is responsible for the preparation, planning, and execution of residential commercial installation of stone veneer as well as land or brick and block masonry projects for their assigned portfolio as well as leading a small team of other project managers to achieve installation goals. This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationships. Project managers are the primary drivers of quality and timeliness of primarily new construction projects in the residential space, as well as repair and remodel where applicable. In addition, the Senior Project Manager both sets the example of project management excellence in our business and leads and develops others to do the same. This role will cover the South Bay Area of CA. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The US base salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 annually + Sales Incentive Plan + $750 monthly car allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
