Description
Perform ERP transactions and generate all necessary documentation required to receive customer parts, prepare them for processing, and ship finished goods to SCS customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum three years related experience or an associate's degree and one year related experience. BASIC SKILLS: * Able to accurately complete standard forms and spreadsheets compliant to quality procedures. * Able to clearly communicate with co-workers and supervisors. * Able to comprehend basic written and verbal instructions. * Able to distinguish between the colors of red, orange, yellow, blue, green and violet. * Able to perform basic math functions. * Able to read at a 20/20 visual acuity using a Jaeger eye chart (near vision) with or without vision correction. Able to read No. 1 at 14" distance, or No. 2 at 20" distance, or No. 3 at 24" distance. * Able to solve problems and make decisions quickly. Rapidly analyze the downstream impact of such decisions, and know when to seek advice/guidance from others. * Able to speak, read and write grammatically correct English. * Able to type efficiently and accurately * Excels in high paced environment where daily deadlines must be met. * High degree of manual dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination. * Proficient in MSWord, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. * Well organized and detail oriented. * Demonstrates a high level of accuracy when compiling or recording data and composing reports. * Able to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
