POSITION SUMMARY

The Coordinator, Centralized Leasing will support our residential centralized leasing process. This is a 100% remote position.



WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work as a member of the Centralized Leasing team handling the following processes:

    Applicant Screening/Qualification Process within Yardi
    • Understand the various screening policies
    • Be a subject matter expert on the screening process and able to clearly explain leasing process to prospects
    • Respond to applicant questions/issues within CRM IQ
    • Ensure a smooth process for applicants/future residents
  • New Lease Generation
    • Generate all new leases within Yardi
    • Ensure lease charges are correct and compliant
  • Employee Housing
    • Generate occupancy and ancillary agreements for employees
    • Track employee housing detail in Yardi
  • Housing Authority Oversight
    • Set-up accounts with housing authorities
    • Work with site teams on documentation/overall process
  • Renewal Lease Generation
    • Generate all renewal leases within Yardi
    • Ensure lease charges are correct and compliant


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS)

  • Internal candidates will be given first consideration
  • Proficiency in using Yardi software
  • Strong understanding of screening policies and lease generation process
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on responsiveness
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable with embracing and utilizing technology
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working within deadlines
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is $62,000-$69,000. JBG SMITH offers a bonus program and a competitive benefits package; including up to $5,250 annual reimbursement for professional development opportunities.
