Manager | ITDS Business Management

We are seeking an experienced ITDS Business Manager who combines technical expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills to drive the strategic management of IT assets, vendor relationships, and budget performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT governance standards.

What you'll need:

Minimum of 3 years in leadership and 3+ years in practice or equivalent experience

ITDS Business Managers require a combination of technical expertise, financial expertise, leadership abilities and understanding of business processes.

These qualifications and skills include:

• Technical and business understanding of both hardware and software asset management

• Familiarity of ITIL framework

• Expertise with vendor management, development of vendor scorecards

• Technical understanding of ITDS systems and platforms, with an ability to comprehend and manage complex translating that knowledge to asset management and lifecycle tracking and management

• Assist in the development of OpEx and CapEx ITDS related budgets

• Assist in the agreed upon reporting of ITDS budget performance

• Leadership skills to oversee and manage the ITDS Business Management team (as it develops)

• Assist ITDS & emplify EPMO with the development of and maintaining the ITDS Strategic plan.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address issues that may affect the ITDS financial plan.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface with various stakeholders, including ITDS staff, management, and external auditors.

• Understanding of compliance requirements and standards in the industry to ensure all ITDS processes and systems are compliant.

• Experience in risk management to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with ITDS financial operations.

• Facilitate timely, costly and cost effective ITDS related hardware and software purchases adhering to ITDS standards
