Summary: The research teaching assistant (TA) for the Heely Scholars will be responsible for the support of all research and creative writing activities for the eight scholars present during the two week session. A Residential Advisor must be a recent high school graduate, or a recent graduate of The Lawrenceville School. Residential Advisors' responsibilities are to assist with the residential life of students in one of the Academic Scholars programs. The residential advisors work together with the Head of House and their respective program director to provide support, guidance, and supervision to the students participating in the program. The Residential Advisor position requires responsible leadership skills and maturity in working with students only a little younger than themselves. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
