Overview

Senior level subject matter expert with commercial and strategic acumen, tasked with driving the development of client relationships by offering innovative and content rich solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of current and emerging market access and HEOR best practices as well as industry challenges to help work collaboratively with customers to address their most critical needs and assure the success of their market access and HEOR initiatives. Through these content-rich relationships, the Director of EU market Access is expected to drive new business opportunities and grow relationships with current customers.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and develop solutions/proposals to satisfy their needs in collaboration with the Senior VP and Senior Director of EU Access Strategy and the business development team
  • Contribute to proposals and marketing efforts from a research, methodology, and content perspective
  • Develop new business independently and cultivate client relationships
  • Contribute to the design of primary research programs and oversee the execution of fieldwork with EU payers, key opinion leaders and other relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectives in order to assure client needs are being fulfilled
  • Participate in thought leadership activities throughout the year (written short and long form, webinars, posters, presentations)
  • Remain involved in the execution of EU Market Access projects from a business development standpoint ensuring delivery of client expectations and the potential for add-on work

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with at least 7 years of full time work experience in a related role at a pharmaceutical company or consulting firm
  • proven ability to drive commercial success and network through existing relationships to identify and cultivate new relationships
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pricing and reimbursement of drugs, medical devices, and diagnostics Global markets to discuss scopes of work with clients
  • Experienced in organic/follow-on selling of EU market access and reimbursement projects to clients including other areas of the EVA business (i.e. literature review, health economic modelling)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Skills & Abilities:

  • Clear, concise, and insightful internal and external/client communications
  • Diligent oversight of project teams and follow-up of project requirements to remain on schedule and deliver to project requirements
  • Expertise in use of software for communications, analysis and presentations
  • Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and writing skills
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple responsibilities, including internal/management related and external/client relationships
