As a Customer Executive for Bimbo Bakehouse Foodservice; you will be accountable for the effective management of the foodservice business in the South market covering approximately 14 states : GA, FL, AR, AL, TN, MS, NC, SC, LA, TX, OK, CO, NM, and AZ.The key objective of this position is to grow foodservice sales within foodservice distribution houses and regional operators, including, but not limited to: Multi Unit Chains, Large Independent Operator Accounts while managing and achieving budget targets.
Key Job Responsibilities: #LI-VB1
  • Achieving sales budget by selling foodservice bakery and snack products into broad line distributors and operators.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of key customers, competitors, and brokers in the Region.
  • Daily Management and Development of the broker network
  • Currently Region has 10 Independent Brokerage houses.
  • Total of 120 Broker Sales Reps requiring management, sales support, and development.
  • Exceed sales targets and meets expectations of key accounts while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Attend food shows, conduct broker trainings, product cuttings and business reviews.
  • Manages and negotiates pricing and trade spend with customers.
  • CRM and Trade Management Platforms use.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Ability to travel as needed up to 75% on occasion.
Education and Work History
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and/or Marketing or Sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with foodservice sales, broker network or distributor sales. Bakery or snack category experience a plus.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft office, Excel, CRM, Blacksmith, PowerPoint experience.
  • Strong Price Negotiation Skills
