LSSI is hiring a full-timeCounselor Case Manager for the Elgin Residential Rehabilitation Program. Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Provide whole-person services to clients participating in the Elgin Residential Rehabilitation Program, including 1:1 sessions, case management assistance, and the presentation of evidence-based group programming. Essential Functions: Collaborate with Elgin Residential Rehabilitation team members, other LSSI programs, and external partners in order to provide quality, whole-person care and services to Elgin Residential Rehabilitation clients. Maintain a caseload of 5-8 clients. Present weekly groups, founded in evidence-based practices. Provide weekly 1:1 counseling to each client on assigned caseload. Provide case management services, including appropriate linkages and referrals. Provide support coverage to Elgin Healthy Start Recovery Home clients, as needed. Complete all required EHR documentation in a timely manner. Meet productivity requirements identified by LSSI. Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, and other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner. Position Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Associates, Bachelors or Master's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in substance use field is preferred. CADC or must obtain CADC within 18 months of hire. Annual TB test is required. Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards. Proficiency in EHR documentation and review. Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Valid Illinois Driver's license.
