*Description*
The team is seeking a strong, hands-on Senior Active Directory Engineer (SME) to be a part of their Active Directory Services team, which supports the active directory infrastructure, both on-prem and cloud platforms. This is an individual contributor role who is heavily involved in solving technical and operational issues with the team. Responsibilities: Group Policy Management: Consolidate and review Group Policies across the organization to streamline and enhance policy management. Organizational Unit Restructuring: Review and support the restructuring of Organizational Units (OUs) to enable effective group policies. Access Control Lists (ACLs) Management: Review and modify Access Control Lists within Active Directory to enhance security and ensure proper access controls. - Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Sr. Azure AD Engineer with hands-on experience in consolidating and reviewing Group Policies. - Technical Skills: Proven ability to review and restructure Organizational Units (OUs) to support group policies. - Security Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in reviewing and modifying Access Control Lists (ACLs) within Active Directory to enhance security. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. *Skills* Active directory, Azure *Top Skills Details* Active directory,Azure *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects and interact daily with System Administrators Maintain a strong learning aptitude and ability to learn new technologies independently. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well as customers. Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $7.25 - $10.00/hr.
