Summary: Assist in budget creation, monitoring of expenses and reviewing monthly financial reports to ensure budget compliance. Reports variances and takes appropriate corrective action. Assists with required reporting. Facilitates contracts including invoicing and evaluation of time renewals or terminations. Accountable for supervision, hiring and retention of office staff, including training, coaching and development and ensuring that all staff members are performing to policy and STAR standards. Manages day-to-day operations of office/practice. Coordinates workflow to support optimal patient care and delivery of services. Supervises billing functions, ensuring that billing and accounting controls are in place by following policy and procedure. Reviews reports and takes action to correct items effecting revenue generation and chart documentation. Performs all payroll functions for department. Reviews Patient Satisfaction results and takes appropriate action to improve results. Acts as a liaison between office personnel, Virtua and all external parties to ensure and outstanding patient experience. Responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels for office and clinical supplies. Office Manager will also be responsible for other duties as assigned. Knowledge of insurance and regulatory requirements (Medicare regulations, state regulations, JCAHO, CLIA, DOH, and OSHA regulations) preferred. |
